If you are reporting an error then please supply the following details:

• Win OS version
• Type, size and make of disk drive containg SD partition/SD container
• Type and make of hardware interface. EG IDE, Adaptec SCSI, AMD SCSI, Zip etc.
• Data host type: Partition / Container File / Wav4 / Wav8
• Name of offending application if relevant, and where it can be downloaded
